Provisioning 
Today’s VoIP networks must be scalable, stable, secure and reliable yet still deliver an acceptable end-user experience. Ensuring that network resources are available and responsive when people need them is the best way to realize these goals.  Many carriers and service providers however don’t have the time or capital to build the necessary relationships with collocation facilities and equipment manufactures.  DVI can help. 

DVI’s Provisioning Team has strategic relationships with Neutral Carrier Collocation Facilities, Equipment Manufacturers and IP and PSTN carriers.  These relationships enable DVI to negotiate Carrier Connectivity contracts, Equipment Vendor Service contracts and Collocation Facility contracts.

DVI’s Provisioning Team has proven network experience ordering, deploying and managing circuit and network capacity in the largest of environments.  DVI’s Provisioning Team reviews the Bill of Materials created by the Network Network Planning and Design group and completes the following tasks:

Project Management
The successful implementation of a telecommunications system build-out involves the skills and resources of multiple parties. Management of a turn-key build-out requires a knowledge of and relationship with vendors to ensure that any external services and workmanship brought to the project are of high quality and performed by professional, stable, and experienced parties.

DVI’s Project Management Services manages and coordinates these parties to establish and maintain consistent direction, progress, communication, and cost effectiveness, all critical factors in the implementation of any Telecommunication or Data network. Throughout the project, DVI’s Project Managers use standard project measuring, scheduling and reporting systems to keep each Field Operations unit informed of the project status.

Our Project Managers complete the project from start to finish, and incorporate a continual awareness of the timeline of the project, the progress toward that timeline, and an understanding of creative ways to save time and money, all while maintaining the integrity of the project. They are involved with every step of the network build-out and remain wholly responsible for the project performance and communicating overall project milestones regularly to the customer. They also are responsible for the storage and display of all documentation during the project.
