today announced that the companies have signed a strategic joint
venture agreement to offer industry leading VoIP testing and
consulting services to carriers and broadband providers in the US.
The agreement provides DaVinci’s carrier and broadband customers
with interoperability testing, security testing, stress testing,
independent audits and network validation for their VoIP equipment
and networks. In turn, Miercom’s enterprise and service provider
customers receive VoIP consulting services from DaVinci including:
telecom integration, VoIP outsourcing and VoIP implementation.
